By using the app, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
About the service
Menoup is a health support application developed specifically for women over 40, with a focus on perimenopause and menopause.
The service is operated by Smart Marketing (headquarters: Vojvođanska 17., 24420 Kanjiža, Serbia).

Account and registration
Using Menoup requires registration with a valid email address.
You are responsible for the security of your account and keeping your password confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
One person may only create one account. Accounts are non-transferable.
Subscription and payment
Menoup operates on a subscription model. Details (price, duration, renewal) are available in the app and at menoup.app/pricing.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — no immediate refund
• Prices include applicable taxes
• During the 14-day trial, you may cancel at any time without charge

Gift codes
We sometimes give out gift codes that unlock free access to Menoup for a set period, for example for the press or a partner campaign. A gift code can only be redeemed on our website, with a Menoup account.
• A gift code has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
• The free access does not renew automatically and does not turn into a paid subscription; when it ends, the usual subscription offer applies
• Each account can redeem a given code only once
• We may withdraw a code, and the access it gave, if it was obtained or used fraudulently

IMPORTANT: Menoup is not a medical application and does not replace medical advice.
• Content and Mona AI responses are for general health information only
• Nothing constitutes a medical diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or professional health opinion
• Always consult your doctor before making health decisions
• Menoup accepts no liability for health decisions made based on app content
Permitted use
The app may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Prohibited:
• Unauthorised copying, distribution of app content or data
• Attempting to obtain other users' credentials
• Overloading or disrupting the app infrastructure
• Use of automated tools (bots, scrapers)
• Providing false information during registration or the questionnaire
Intellectual property
The Menoup app, including its design, content, codebase, and the Mona AI persona, is the intellectual property of Smart Marketing.
Using the app does not transfer any intellectual property rights. Copying, modifying, or distributing content without prior written permission from Smart Marketing is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". Smart Marketing accepts no liability for:
• Temporary interruption or unavailability of the service
• Loss of data stored in the app (force majeure, technical failure)
• Consequences of decisions based on app content
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid during the relevant subscription period.
