Delete your account or data

You can delete your Menoup account and all associated data at any time — directly in the app, or here, without needing the app installed.

Delete in the app (fastest)

Open the Menoup app → Profile → Account → Delete Account. Confirm twice. Your account, subscription, and all data stored on our servers are deleted within a few seconds.

Delete without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email us at hello@menoup.app from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your identity and delete your account and data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile and health questionnaire answers
• Symptom, sleep, cycle, food, water, and exercise diary entries
• Your chat history with Mona
• Any Apple Health / Health Connect data synced to our servers
• Your subscription record and referral codes

What we may retain

Where required by law (e.g. billing or tax records), we retain the minimum necessary transaction data for the legally mandated period, fully disconnected from your health and app-usage data. See our full Privacy Policy for details.

Timeline

In-app deletion is immediate. Email-based requests are processed within 30 days, and you will receive a confirmation once it is complete.
